• Generate net-new and cross-sell pipeline through tech and agency partners • Own partner relationships end-to-end: outreach → relationship → referral → closed-won • Proactively nurture existing partners to increase referral volume and quality • Clearly position YOCTO’s value so partners know when and who to refer • Identify and sign new tech and agency partners with strong ICP overlap • Build a balanced partner network that compounds over time • Qualify partners based on real revenue potential, not logos • Aim to add multiple high-quality partners per quarter • Execute high-impact co-marketing plays with partners: Webinars, Case studies, Email swaps, Content collaborations, Events • Turn relationships into repeatable distribution and demand generation • Represent YOCTO at relevant ecosystem events, meetups, and partner activations • Track partner activity, referrals, pipeline, and outcomes weekly • Own and improve partner processes and workflows over time
• Proven experience generating pipeline through partnerships, ecosystems, or alliances • Strong commercial instincts and comfort with revenue ownership • Ability to build trust quickly and follow through consistently • Clear, professional communication - written and verbal • Comfort working independently with minimal oversight • Experience in SaaS, agency, ecommerce, or adjacent ecosystems • Existing relationships in the DTC, SaaS, or agency ecosystem (NICE TO HAVE) • Experience running co-marketing or referral programs (NICE TO HAVE) • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting (NICE TO HAVE) • Experience working closely with founders or executives (NICE TO HAVE)
