📋 Description

• Strengthen the bridge within our Recruitment Team by sourcing top talent. • Own early-stage candidate engagement by sourcing top global talent. • Coordinate with recruiters to align on role requirements. • Be proactive in researching, sourcing, and engaging candidates. • Conduct prescreen interviews to assess skills and culture fit. • Provide thoughtful feedback and updates to the recruitment team.
