• 1–2 years of relevant experience • Familiarity with Salesforce, 3CX, or similar tools • Experience in Sales Consulting (a plus!) • Appointment-setting or sales experience preferred • Comfortable working night shift • Excellent communication and phone etiquette • Professional, confident, and persuasive • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic • Stable wired internet connection + backup • Device with 8GB RAM (minimum), running Windows 11
