📋 Description

• Build and own cross-department reporting that gives Sales, Marketing, and Client Journey one shared view • Run the alignment process that keeps three departments moving in the same direction • Identify process gaps and broken handoffs before they become quarter-end issues • Report directly to the CEO • Coordinate closely with each department lead • Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, and the broader Sales/Marketing/Client Journey reporting stack

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience • Master's degree required • A track record of building or owning cross-functional reporting and process systems • Experience in Operations • Ability to work 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time • Experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL), Yokly's CRM, and the broader Sales/Marketing/Client Journey reporting stack
