📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution, from pre-close and Day 1 through stabilization and full integration • Develop and manage the integration roadmap, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics across functional workstreams • Act as the key integration point between senior leadership, functional teams, and the acquired organization • Coordinate People/HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other workstreams • Identify and resolve organizational, cultural, communication, and process gaps across teams and geographies • Track integration risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, bringing leadership clear recommendations and solutions • Support realization of expected synergies, efficiencies, and other deal value • Facilitate integration meetings, workshops, and leadership updates • Support due diligence and pre-close planning for future acquisitions • Build and continuously improve PMI playbooks, templates, governance processes, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in post-merger integration, M&A, business transformation, or large-scale organizational change • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams, countries, or locations • Strong understanding of organizational, operational, cultural, and people-related aspects of integration • Experience working with senior leadership and managing stakeholders without direct authority • Genuine cross-cultural fluency and experience working with international teams • Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and adapting as priorities change • Strong communication and presentation skills • Fluent written and spoken English • Willingness to travel as needed to support integration activities • Experience in technology, software, or professional services
