📋 Description

• Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation, quickstarts, tutorials, API guides, and reference materials. • Create developer-facing content such as blog posts, sample apps, demo scripts, and videos. • Support and engage developers across Discord, Reddit, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other platforms. • Contribute code, examples, and tools to you.com’s open-source repositories. • Work closely with engineering to triage GitHub issues, review community PRs, and improve contributor workflows. • Build starter kits, templates, and libraries that enhance the onboarding experience. • Support hackathons, developer workshops, virtual events, and technical meetups. • Represent you.com at conferences, university events, and partner activations. • Help grow and nurture the you.com developer community across channels. • Relay developer insights to engineering and product to influence roadmap decisions. • Test APIs, SDKs, and new features to ensure a seamless developer experience. • Track lead engagement, API usage, and post-event developer adoption metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience (full-time or internships). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline. • Strong coding ability in Python. • Familiarity with LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, vector databases, or agent frameworks. • Experience contributing to open-source projects. • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly via blog posts, video tutorials, etc. • Comfortable speaking at events, running workshops, and engaging developers live. • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams. • Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help developers succeed.
