• Execute the commercialization activities for YouX products and services, as well as prospect new clients by establishing and strengthening commercial relationships, identifying needs and offering solutions with the objective of expanding business, increasing sales volume, and ensuring contract renewals and customer loyalty under your responsibility. • Participate, together with your immediate supervisor, in the planning and establishment of strategies and actions necessary to achieve the commercial objectives and targets defined for your area of operation. • Perform activities related to analyzing and addressing the needs presented by potential clients, maintaining contact with interested companies and gathering information in order to present appropriate solutions and close sales. • Carry out commercialization activities of YouX products and services for new clients in alignment with objectives, policies, guidelines and standards established by the company. • Study the needs and opportunities presented by clients, analyzing demands and opportunities detected together with the technical area, and present solutions to clients that meet the desired results and objectives. • Maintain personalized relationships with clients through meetings, visits, phone calls and other means of communication to identify needs and new business opportunities related to YouX products and services. • Present commercial proposals to clients, and negotiate within your authority prices, timelines, payment terms and other commercial conditions to ensure the closing of sales. • Register new commercial opportunities in the CRM system, including details such as client, potential value, timeline and offered products/services, and keep opportunity information up to date, including status, negotiations and meetings held. • Record all interactions and communications with clients in the CRM to ensure a complete history. • Store documents such as proposals, contracts, emails and opportunity reports in the company repository, following security and compliance policies. • Prepare commercial reports, specifying closed and projected sales, ongoing negotiations, opportunities being prospected and other relevant information for monitoring and evaluation by your supervisor. • Participate in trade shows, conferences and other events involving YouX, attending the public, providing information about products and services and related activities, aiming to prospect new clients, expand business and strengthen commercial relationships. • Attend commercial meetings for the department at specified times and dates, discussing and becoming aware of business opportunities, targets and other matters of interest.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology or in Environmental Engineering, Geography, Cartography, Environmental Management, Geoprocessing, Agronomy. • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial activities focused on consultative sales of customized solutions. • Practical experience with territorial management, GEO/GIS, environmental/land regularization, CAR/SICAR and environmental legislation. • Solid knowledge of YouX products and services and their potential benefits. • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Excel spreadsheets. • Intermediate knowledge: techniques for commercializing products and services, client prospecting and account management; the company’s market; sales management software and reporting. • Basic knowledge: corporate finance, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. • Assertive communication to interact clearly and effectively. • Initiative and proactivity to seek solutions and new approaches. • Analytical thinking to study needs and propose solutions. • Negotiation and influencing skills. • Availability to travel.
