• You are responsible for search intelligence, content architecture and demand capture — the foundations everything else is built on. • You think in search mechanics, content architecture and discoverability signals, and translate these into language a strategist can take directly into client conversations. • You conduct keyword and opportunity analyses to identify where demand exists and whether it is winnable. • You own LLMO / GEO / AI discoverability analyses — how customers surface via LLMs, not just Google. • You map the competitive landscape and prioritize markets and verticals based on real search behaviour. • You decide which content types serve demand capture versus demand generation, with a sharp focus on BOFU and comparison content as the highest-revenue organic assets.
• Solid senior-level experience in technical SEO, organic growth or search strategy, ideally in an agency, SaaS or B2B environment • Strong analytical judgement: you identify where the opportunity lies, not just follow the brief • Mastery of content architecture — clusters, pillars, internal linking, BOFU and comparison strategy • A working understanding of LLMO / GEO / AI discoverability, not just classic Google SEO • The ability to translate technical insights into strategic language that a strategist can use • The confidence to challenge direction when the data calls for it • High AI proficiency for research, analysis and workflow use • Excellent German and good English skills • An ownership mentality that captures the full picture of demand capture from end to end
