📋 Description

• Ensure platform capabilities are ready for release from Product, business and operational perspectives • Lead functional validation and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Govern release readiness and help establish quality standards for a reliable and scalable platform • Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria • Assess customer journeys, operational workflows and business processes • Identify risks early and work with Product and Engineering to resolve them • Create and maintain functional and regression test scenarios • Manage defect reporting, retesting and validation • Coordinate Product readiness activities, release checklists, documentation and business approvals • Prepare release notes and user guidance • Support production releases and post-release validation • Review production issues and expand regression coverage • Improve testing documentation, templates and quality standards • Work with Product Owners, Engineering and business stakeholders to embed Product Quality in the delivery lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Software/Product QA, Release Management or a similar role • Strong functional and regression testing experience • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing • Experience supporting software releases within Agile environments • Excellent analytical and investigative skills • Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in German is a plus • Experience within Product-led organizations is desirable • Platform or SaaS experience is desirable • Social Casino, Gaming or regulated industry experience is desirable • SQL knowledge is desirable • Experience introducing QA frameworks or governance models is desirable • Awareness of test automation principles and tools is desirable
