📋 Description

• Join our family and share the story of D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. (DGY) and what makes us unique as America’s Oldest Brewery. • Responsible for leading sales, distribution, merchandising and planning efforts within their assigned Zone. • Actively leading the execution of all aspects of DGY business within the designated Zone. • Recommendation and execution of the region’s sales volume plan, sales operating budget, and strategies. • Manage and direct a network of wholesalers and is responsible for the execution of Yuengling’s sales standards and practices. • Identify specific business opportunities and develop and execute necessary strategies in conjunction with Chain Team, Region Sales Directors, National Accounts, Marketing and Operations. • Help drive Company Sales Strategy and Region Sales Objectives and develop the necessary sales plan to implement, execute and achieve assigned goals and objectives. • Manage Zone budgets and hold direct reports accountable to operate within annual budget and spending disciplines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or eight years sales experience with at least 5 years in sales management or the equivalent combination of education or experience.
