📋 Description

• Structure, develop and support B2B partners aligned with YXELON's vision • Present YXELON solutions; prospect for new partners; expand the B2B portfolio in your region • Manage and actively engage your portfolio; contribute to increasing the portfolio's revenue • Help build local brand awareness • Act as a true regional leader with broad organizational autonomy

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset • Comfortable with prospecting and negotiation • Results-oriented with a strategic outlook • Able to develop, structure, lead and activate a partner network • Autonomous, rigorous, organized and responsible • Attuned to premium markets, sustainable business models and purpose-driven brands • Experience in business development; B2B sales; partnership creation; and client portfolio management

• Compensation directly tied to your performance • Indicative potential based on your region's performance: €90K annual compensation • 10% of net revenue (ex. VAT) generated by your portfolio • Additional bonus of 1.5% on net revenue (ex. VAT) generated by certain framework contracts
