• Independent implementation of SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including integration with Employee Central • Planning and conducting customer workshops – from requirements analysis to solution design • Managing implementation with clear communication between customers, project teams and stakeholders • Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget, including quality assurance • Active involvement in project planning, effort estimation and time management • Early identification of risks and development of effective countermeasures • Coordination of test management – from test cases to go-live • Support for presales activities, e.g. through solution sketches, proposals and demo presentations
• Several years of experience (minimum 4 years) implementing SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including customization and system configuration • Proven delivery of end-to-end projects – from kick-off to post-implementation support • Strong quality orientation and excellent time and project management skills • Analytical thinking, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders • Solid understanding of HR processes and technical know-how in the SuccessFactors context • Certifications in Employee Central and Time Tracking • Very good German and English language skills
