Zapay is a Brazilian fintech that helps vehicle owners consult and pay their vehicle-related debts by license plate. It offers a free online and mobile app that aggregates débito from 27 state DETRANs and other authorities, enabling users to view IPVA, licensing, fines and Dívida Ativa in a single screen and to pay or parcel those debts (up to 12x) via credit card, PIX or boleto. Zapay is accredited with national traffic authorities (DETRAN, DENATRAN, SENATRAN), issues CRLV digital in supported states, and provides both online and in-person payment channels and customer support.

📋 Description

• Track conversion and monetization metrics for the assigned brand • Identify growth opportunities and structure UX, pricing, and product initiatives • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments • Monitor performance metrics and generate insights to support decision-making • Diagnose changes in funnel behavior and propose improvements • Prioritize and manage the backlog for the dedicated technical squad • Ensure clear context and direction for the execution of initiatives • Track initiative implementation and remove roadblocks • Coordinate with different teams to enable successful delivery and results • Present status updates, learnings, and results to leadership • Support the planning of medium- and long-term strategic initiatives • Foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Growth, Product, Data, or related fields • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills • Experience analyzing and interpreting data • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools • Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing requests • Structured communication skills, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) — preferred, but not required • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies — preferred, but not required • Experience with digital products or marketplaces — preferred, but not required • Knowledge of growth and monetization metrics — preferred, but not required • Familiarity with analytics tools — preferred, but not required • Experience working in cross-functional squads — preferred, but not required • Knowledge of UX and user behavior — preferred, but not required • Experience in data- and performance-driven environments — preferred, but not required
