📋 Description

• Define the technical strategy for the Personalization Platform, collaborating with stakeholders across Data, Product, and Growth teams. • Lead technical execution, including system design, architecture, and operational excellence. • Own the development of self-service tools for product teams to design, deploy, and analyze A/B tests and personalized experiences. • Partner with the Data org to implement recommendation engines and user context APIs. • Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency systems for personalized content and recommendations. • Stay updated on personalization and experimentation trends. • Develop effective communication and monitoring practices for team meetings. • Build rapport with your Engineering Team through coaching and mentorship. • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing teams focused on personalization, experimentation, or growth platforms. • Deep technical expertise in modern web technologies and personalization ecosystems, including recommendation engines, A/B testing platforms, feature flagging, and real-time data pipelines. • Hands-on experience with core tech stack: TypeScript, Python, Node.js, GraphQL, and Next.js. • Understand personalization strategies, user segmentation, ML model integration, and data-driven product development. • Strong collaboration skills to build alignment between Engineering, Data, and Product teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
