• Manage two engineering teams that build and maintain critical integrations • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams • Ensure customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution • Lead through other leaders focusing on people leadership and org health • Own technical strategy and architecture decisions
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of engineering experience • 4+ years managing engineers • Experience as a manager-of-managers • Ability to coach senior engineers on technical leadership • Experience in performance management cycles • Experience managing teams and delivering on team performance • Proficiency in AI tools and technologies used in engineering • Deep customer empathy skills • Excellent communication skills
