📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the product area • Balance near-term delivery with long-term product vision • Talk to gym owners, studio operators, and front-desk staff daily to understand problems and translate them into prioritized product work • Partner with engineering, design, data, and QA to ship high-quality, well-instrumented product experiences in short iterative cycles • Define success metrics, evaluate shipped work, and continuously improve the product area using quantitative and qualitative evidence • Drive business cases for new capabilities, including pricing, go-to-market fit, and commercial impact, with sales, marketing, and customer success • Analyze the competitive landscape and evolving market needs to identify opportunities for product leadership, following, or differentiation • Scope, ship, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions with urgency • Align stakeholders on roadmap priorities, delivery milestones, and product decisions using clear, data-backed communication • Support product marketing with positioning and messaging for gym operators • Maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog and manage velocity, quality, and scope trade-offs with engineering leads

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Ideally, experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of owning and shipping complex product areas end-to-end • Demonstrable customer obsession and user research experience • Strong analytical mindset; ability to define metrics, query data, and prioritize in ambiguous environments • Experience translating high-level vision into a grounded, sequenced roadmap with clear success criteria • Ability to work across product discovery and delivery, including hands-on backlog management • Strong stakeholder communication skills; ability to write product briefs, run reviews, and influence without authority • Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments with cross-functional teams distributed across time zones • A degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent relevant experience • Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry is nice to have • Exposure to platform or multi-tenant SaaS products, including configuration, access control, and white-labeling, is nice to have • Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo is nice to have • Working understanding of agile ceremonies is nice to have • Strong leadership presence is nice to have
