📋 Description

• Independent management of small and medium-sized funding projects – from strategy to application submission • Development of funding strategies for start-ups and scale-ups • Preparation of high-quality applications and grant reporting/settlements with a strong emphasis on quality • Guiding clients through the entire application process • Close collaboration with finance teams and technical contacts • Prioritizing projects and keeping track of deadlines • Continuously improving internal processes and contributing ideas

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or a related field • 1–3 years of professional experience in the start-up, finance, or funding/grants sector • Initial experience in independently managing projects • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Structured, independent, and resilient working style, including under time pressure • Affinity for numbers, data, and Excel • Enjoyment in learning financial and grant/funding logic • Clear, open, and solution-oriented communication with clients • Prior experience with funding/grants is a plus but not required
