📋 Description

• You will support the Property Manager in overseeing our projects during the operational phase in the Frankfurt area, with a focus on technical facility management. • You will assist in planning, coordinating and controlling the agreed services and technical processes — always with an eye on quality and smooth operations. • Together with the Property Manager, you will act as a point of contact for our clients as well as for internal teams and external service providers. • You will support budget monitoring and the control of costs and revenues. • You will participate in preparing quotations and tender procedures. • You will create and maintain property-specific documentation and assist with reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed degree, ideally in Facility Management, Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a commercial or technical apprenticeship with an FM/real estate focus. • Initial practical experience in site management or property management (e.g., as a working student, through internships or similar). • Strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured, careful way of working. • Willingness to gradually take on responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team. • Solution-oriented approach and a hands-on mentality.
