📋 Description

• You monitor and administer business applications that automate core business processes, such as DMS, workflow systems and construction cost estimation. • You take responsibility for 2nd and 3rd level support and resolve any incidents that occur. • For more complex issues, you engage external service providers, which you coordinate and supervise. • In collaboration with other business units, you continuously develop our applications and services. • With your expertise you support software rollouts and act as the interface between IT and the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Your background can be completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or IT management assistant (Informatikkaufmann), or an IT-related degree such as Business Informatics. • You have practical experience in the operational operation and maintenance of IT systems, for example as a system administrator. • Ideally, you have experience in requirements management as well as in designing IT solutions for end users and in defining interfaces. • Preferably you bring knowledge and experience in IT processes and IT project management. • You enjoy teamwork with a strong communication component and demonstrate a structured, reliable and independent way of working.
