📋 Description

• Work on fixing community issues and bugs • Prioritize and implement features requested by the community • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code • Review and discuss pull requests, giving and receiving constructive feedback • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with teammates and community members in real time • Help improve our GitHub processes and tooling • Optimize performance and user experience where necessary

• Strong programming skills and problem-solving ability • Proficiency in Rust and willingness to learn quickly • Sufficient English proficiency for effective pair programming and communication with users • Enthusiasm for open source and collaborative development • User empathy and a strong desire to make Zed better for our users
