âą Review and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and other freight documentation for accuracy and completeness âą Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner âą Submit required documentation to factoring companies according to established timelines âą Verify freight charges and investigate billing discrepancies âą Provide carriers with payment status updates and rate confirmations âą Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation âą Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Microsoft Excel, and email platforms to manage daily operations âą Communicate professionally with carriers, customers, factoring companies, and internal departments to resolve documentation, billing, and payment-related issues âą Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment âą Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation documentation requirements âą Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
âą Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or a similar industry âą Experience with freight documentation, invoicing, billing, or customer account management âą Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel âą Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage âą Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills âą Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities âą Professional written and verbal English communication skills âą Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines âą Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
