📋 Description

‱ Review and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and other freight documentation for accuracy and completeness ‱ Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner ‱ Submit required documentation to factoring companies according to established timelines ‱ Verify freight charges and investigate billing discrepancies ‱ Provide carriers with payment status updates and rate confirmations ‱ Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation ‱ Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Microsoft Excel, and email platforms to manage daily operations ‱ Communicate professionally with carriers, customers, factoring companies, and internal departments to resolve documentation, billing, and payment-related issues ‱ Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment ‱ Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation documentation requirements ‱ Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or a similar industry ‱ Experience with freight documentation, invoicing, billing, or customer account management ‱ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel ‱ Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an advantage ‱ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ‱ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ‱ Professional written and verbal English communication skills ‱ Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines ‱ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
