📋 Description

• Build and maintain accurate loads in the TMS, including rates, pickup and delivery details, reference numbers, commodity information, weights, temperatures, and other shipment data • Review customer tenders and shipment information for completeness, accuracy, equipment requirements, special instructions, and customer-specific requirements • Identify and resolve shipment-information discrepancies before dispatch • Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointments • Coordinate shipment execution with Customer Sales and Carrier Sales teams • Coordinate with the Track & Trace team and support handoffs between teams and shifts • Monitor and assist with operational exceptions, appointment issues, missing information, paperwork problems, and shipment disruptions • Review delivered loads and collect Bills of Lading, Proofs of Delivery, lumper receipts, scale tickets, and other paperwork • Verify load documentation and accessorial charges • Complete and prepare loads for billing, resolve documentation discrepancies, update the TMS, and submit documentation to billing/accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Previous logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, trucking, dispatch, administrative, or operations experience required • Experience working with Aljex (TMS) preferred • Strong computer and data-entry skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to accurately enter and verify detailed information • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and messaging systems • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transportation environment • English courses are offered, but no explicit English-language proficiency requirement is stated
