📋 Description

• Proactively and diligently track and trace all shipments in transit on time • Provide relevant and accurate tracking updates to internal team members • Maintain internal and external platforms with updated shipment details • Communicate load requirements and details with drivers and carriers from dispatching to delivery • Handle customer and carrier inquiries regarding shipment status • Escalate shipment issues to appropriate internal contacts • Provide best-in-class service to Fox Logistics customers • Perform operational duties supporting internal sales team members and business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Entry level position • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English • Quick learner with a strong ability to multitask • Acute attention to detail • Entrepreneurial spirit • Accountable, direct, and confident in personality with a desire to strive to get better • Superior problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm EST • Preferred work location in Belgrade, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Nis, or Novi Sad
