📋 Description
• Communicate daily with drivers and customers • Notify appropriate parties of any issues • Input updates into the system • Answer incoming calls from clients • Schedule appointments • Maintain current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace • Perform other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level is A MUST • Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated • PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred) • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 am - 2 pm (EST time)
