📋 Description
• Build product features for AI Agents as part of an engineering team • Ensure evaluations reflect human judgment • Build datasets and frameworks to assess AI agent quality • Annotate and curate high-quality “golden datasets” from real-world conversations • Develop and refine LLM-as-Judge evaluation logic in the Braintrust platform using Python • Compare automated evaluation scores with human feedback • Iterate on evaluation prompts and logic to improve agent quality and behavior • Work across the back-end and front-end of the Zendesk Explore platform
🎯 Requirements
• Student • Comfortable with at least one of Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript • Genuine interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and evaluating AI agents • Ambitious and highly motivated to understand complex AI systems • Able to explain views clearly and actively listen during discussions • Confident working in multiple languages across the front-end and back-end of a SaaS application • Willingness to learn new technologies and grow knowledge and capabilities • Knowledge of AWS and other cloud services (nice to have) • Experience with back-end data pipelines (nice to have) • Knowledge and/or experience in the analytics industry (nice to have)
