• Drive the technical sales cycle, working hand-in-hand with Account Executives to secure new partnerships and expand existing relationships. • Lead in-depth discovery sessions with a diverse set of stakeholders to understand business challenges and architect tailored, value-based technical solutions. • Design, configure, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized Proofs of Concept (PoCs). • Serve as the technical expert for both Enterprise and Mid-Market engagements, skillfully addressing functional, technical, security, and competitive aspects of the sales process. • Demonstrate practical expertise in implementing customer experience automation and Generative AI use cases. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to influence the future roadmap and ensure regional needs are met. • Travel as needed to engage with customers and prospects across South Korea and Asia, presenting at field events.
• 5+ years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or equivalent customer-facing commercial role within the Enterprise SaaS or CX software industry. • Native-level fluency in Korean and Business-level fluency in English (written and verbal). • Demonstrated understanding of Enterprise SaaS solution architecture, including APIs, web/scripting technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON), and middleware/integration concepts. • Proven experience successfully managing all technical aspects of a sales cycle, from initial discovery through RFI/RFP response and successful pilot/POC execution. • Practical experience implementing and demonstrating complex customer experience automation solutions and Generative AI use cases (e.g., intelligent self-service, routing, virtual assistants) to achieve measurable business outcomes. • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to customer sites and Zendesk offices as required.
