📋 Description

• Onboarding new clients and converting existing client systems • Enhancing automation utilization • Reviewing and interpreting requirements for new client retirement plan implementations • Attending implementation and conversion meetings • Facilitating training for new and current employees • Coordinating and overseeing the review and testing of all requirements • Responsible for data validation during system conversions • Reconciles and ties out all benefit payment data • Facilitates the development/update of forms, letters, and application documents • Provides recommendations and proposals to management for improving automation • Supports management in research and resolution of complex functional and system issues • Writes and distributes internal and external communications

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma and five years of experience in retirement plan administration • Or, Bachelor’s degree in business related field and two years of experience working in retirement plan administration • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills • Strong leadership skills • Must be able to work independently • Proven attention to detail, follow-through skills and problem-solving skills
