📋 Description

• Design and operation of a modern, AI-powered testing strategy for our next product generation (Laravel/Vue.js) • End-to-end test automation with Playwright or similar tools, including AI-assisted test case generation and self-healing tests • Quality assurance for our AI products: evaluation of LLM outputs, prompt testing, hallucination checks, and behavioral tests for agentic workflows • Establishing a test pyramid with the developers (unit, integration, end-to-end) and tight integration into CI/CD • AI-assisted bug reproduction and root cause analysis; translating customer tickets into reproducible tests • Close collaboration with developers, product managers, and the Co-CEO

🎯 Requirements

• AI-native toolset (that you actively use): test automation with Playwright, Cypress or comparable tools, ideally with AI code generation • Daily driver such as Claude or ChatGPT for test case generation, edge-case analysis and test code • Cursor or similar AI IDEs to quickly understand Vue.js and Laravel code and write appropriate tests • Ideally experience with LLM evaluation (Promptfoo, Braintrust, LangSmith, or self-built evaluation pipelines) • Understanding of MCP, agentic workflows, or Custom GPTs and how to test them systematically • You understand the difference: you know when an AI-generated test is sufficient and when careful test craftsmanship with precise assertions is required • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Git, and pull-request-driven workflows • Strong understanding of API testing (REST), databases (MySQL/Postgres), and web architectures. Mobile apps (iOS & Android) is a plus.
