📋 Description

• Independently coordinate and schedule travel. • Implement and monitor technical customer implementations. • Conduct onboarding sessions on-site at customer locations. • Serve as the central point of contact throughout the entire onboarding phase. • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication across all stakeholder levels. • Willingness to travel, flexibility, and autonomy in travel planning. • Experience in project management, customer excellence, and onboarding. • Preferably experience in a B2B SaaS or IoT context. • Ability to structure and explain complex technical content clearly. • Pragmatic, hands-on attitude to independently get things done. • Fluent German and conversational English. • Residence in Germany.
