📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to our growing legal team. • Support the legal operations, contracting, and regulatory functions. • Own assigned litigation matters; negotiate commercial agreements. • Ensure ongoing privacy compliance, preparing responses to regulators and law enforcement. • Manage employment matters. • Provide strategic legal advice to the People team on a range of employment matters. • Monitor and analyze international legal developments to support global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • Minimum of 4–6 years of legal experience, with a significant portion spent in an in-house environment. • Proven track record in commercial drafting, privacy law, and navigating financial or fintech regulations. • Direct experience managing subpoenas and government requests. • Experience navigating international law and cross-border regulatory frameworks. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the "ownership" mindset required to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • A high level of professionalism, personal responsibility, and ethical judgment.
