• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS subscription agreements (MSAs), order forms, and DPAs. • Support Sales and Customer Success teams in closing deals efficiently while aligning with company risk guidelines. • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to keep deals moving and unblock contract-related issues. • Use and help maintain standard templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines. • Work with internal teams (Sales, RevOps, and Security/Privacy) to ensure contract terms align with our business and product.
• J.D. (or equivalent) from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 3–5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with a strong focus on commercial technology transactions. • Direct experience with negotiating SaaS or cloud-based software agreements (customer and, ideally, partner/channel deals). • Data protection/security issues in commercial contracts (e.g., DPAs, security exhibits, incident response, audit rights). • Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to give succinct, actionable advice to non-lawyers. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
