📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for Zeta's mobile and conversational messaging capabilities • Drive integration across SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Mobile Push & Athena • Align messaging platform capabilities with Athena-powered AI workflows • Partner with Product & Engineering to accelerate platform development • Collaborate with Activations and Customer teams to drive client adoption • Work with Product Marketing and Sales to translate capabilities into market-ready offerings • Validate enterprise messaging use cases with strategic clients • Identify opportunities for verticalized messaging solutions • Support product demos, pilots, and strategic client deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, Platform Strategy, or Product-Led GTM • Track record building or scaling messaging, engagement, or martech platforms (CPaaS) • Backgrounds That Translate Well • Mobile engagement or conversational messaging platforms • Martech / Adtech infrastructure or Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP) • Messaging infrastructure providers or enterprise SaaS with product-led GTM • Key Skills • Platform product development and monetization strategy • Messaging protocols and ecosystems: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Push • Conversational UX and AI-driven engagement models • Product-led GTM, enterprise solution positioning, and client adoption frameworks • Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams • Technical fluency: APIs, platform integrations, marketing automation ecosystems
