📋 Description

• Build the Foundation of Agentic & Vertical Apps • Partner Closely with Product & Engineering to Shape Apps • Advance AI-Driven Design Patterns & Model Context Experiences • Raise the Bar on Craft, Motion, and Interaction Quality • Influence, Mentor, and Scale Design Impact

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex platforms, systems, or tools (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred) • Demonstrated experience leading foundational or platform-level design work that scales across teams, products, or workflows • Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, workflows, or systems • Proven track record of partnering closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments • Experience mentoring designers, influencing standards, and shaping how design work scales—without needing formal management responsibility.
