📋 Description

• handling revenue recognition and daily billing operations for new and existing services • significant cross-departmental collaboration with the Receivables, Sales Operations, Legal, and Finance teams daily • drive change and contribute to automation initiatives of manual processes to produce consistent, timely and accurate invoices and reporting • lead and support the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • prepare and record revenue-related journal entries based on detailed analysis of underlying transactions and supporting data • reconcile sub-ledger activity to general ledger balances and investigate and resolve variances • perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analyze income statement and budget-to-actual variances • partner with internal and external auditors to support audits and ensure compliance with public company reporting requirements • collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Financial Operations, Internal Audit, and Legal to support financial reporting and operational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • 3–6 years of progressive accounting or billing operations experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment • Public accounting and/or U.S. technical accounting experience preferred • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting processes • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion Cloud and CRM platforms such as Salesforce a plus
