📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of 6–10 frontend engineers spanning web, iOS, and Android • Own sprint planning, roadmap execution, and cross-team coordination to continuously improve and expand one of Zillow's most high-visibility product experiences • Develop and coach your engineers by providing consistent feedback and supporting career growth • Partner across product, design, AI/ML, and peer engineering teams to deliver integrated agentic experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including meaningful hands-on work in frontend development for web (React, TypeScript, CSS) and/or mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, or cross-platform frameworks) • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a demonstrated track record of developing and retaining strong engineers
