📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across key spend categories, leading competitive events, negotiations, and supplier governance initiatives that deliver measurable value. • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to optimize supplier performance, manage risk, and ensure policy compliance. • Manage sourcing initiatives across a $25M+ annual portfolio, drive negotiation planning, and contribute to category optimization efforts that improve operational efficiency and supplier outcomes. • Identify cost savings, supplier consolidation, and performance improvement opportunities through spend analysis and market benchmarking. • Support Supplier Business Reviews, scorecarding, and governance processes in partnership with senior sourcing leaders. • Provide sourcing roadmap updates and category insights to business stakeholders and procurement leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience, ideally with ownership of People/HR, technology, marketing, or professional services categories. • Demonstrated success leading RFx processes, negotiations, and structured contract agreements independently. • Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier risk management principles. • Experience using sourcing and contract management platforms (e.g., ZIP, Ironclad, Ariba, or similar). • Strong analytical and process management mindset, with the ability to translate spend data into actionable insights. • Executive-ready communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including VP-level business partners. • Highly adaptable, organized, and solutions-oriented; comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
