📋 Description
• Handle a high volume of partner inquiries via email, live chat, and occasional phone support • Support real estate professionals, StreetEasy customers, and internal teams across a broad range of issues • Own conversations end-to-end, triaging, resolving, and routing contacts • Build relationships with partners by understanding their business goals • Serve as the voice of the partner, translating frontline insights into actionable feedback • Collaborate cross-functionally to surface partner feedback

• Experienced in high-volume customer support, account management, or a client-facing role • Technically sharp and a confident troubleshooter • An impactful communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills • Customer-obsessed with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach • Proficient in Google Drive and open to working with AI tools
