• Lead and proactively drive Zinpro’s commercial strategy and execution for the business across Northern European regions. • Own and execute the country’s commercial strategy aligned with regional and global priorities. • Develop and implement sales, account, and market development strategies to deliver sustainable growth and profitability. • Identify and prioritize key species, segments, customers, and channels within Northern Europe. • Proactively drive a coordinated market strategy in partnership with Marketing and Technical Services. • Grow sales through strong customer relationships, technical credibility, and value‑based selling. • Manage and advance Zinpro’s differentiated value proposition by integrating technical expertise, research insights, and technical support into commercial execution. • Identify new products, market, and partnership opportunities aligned with Zinpro’s innovation and growth strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomic engineering, Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or related field. • Five or more years of related experience in Animal Nutrition sector • Experience managing customer networks and supporting technical and commercial needs within the animal nutrition and production industries. • Proven ability to execute technical sales and marketing activities, applying sound judgment, creativity, and autonomy to achieve goals. • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information and interact effectively at all organizational levels. • Full professional fluency in English is required. • Comfortable working in a mid ‑ sized company environment; proficient with Microsoft Office and internet ‑ based tools.
