📋 Description

• Review leases, amendments, and legal documents to extract key terms including rent, escalations, CAM structures, and critical obligations • Accurately enter and maintain lease data in Yardi • Maintain organized and complete lease documentation for all tenants • Set up new tenants in Yardi and ensure lease terms and billing structures are accurate before first billing • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including final billing, deposit reconciliation, and ledger closeout • Complete tenant portal (RentCafe) setup and communication • Apply cash receipts daily to tenant ledgers • Review tenant accounts and process billing adjustments, late fee reversals, and corrections • Investigate and resolve tenant billing and account balance disputes • Support CAM estimate setup and annual reconciliation • Validate operating expense recoveries, property taxes, and insurance allocations • Track lease expirations, renewals, rent escalations, and notice periods • Communicate upcoming deadlines to internal stakeholders • Serve as a primary contact for tenant account inquiries • Partner with Accounting, Asset Management, and Property Management to resolve discrepancies • Perform periodic audits of tenant ledgers and lease data • Assist with estoppel certificates and lease-related documentation • Ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies • Identify and recommend process improvements for lease and AR workflows • Support full-cycle lease compliance across assigned properties

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in property management, lease administration, or real estate accounting • Strong proficiency in Yardi (required) • Advanced Excel skills • High attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex lease agreements • Solid understanding of CAM, NNN leases, rent structures, and AR processes • Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with accuracy and efficiency • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
