📋 Description

• Analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. • Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement across multiple channels. • Evaluate content performance to determine what resonates with audiences and what can be improved. • Track key marketing metrics including conversion rates, customer retention, lifetime value, and campaign effectiveness. • Develop reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Translate data findings into recommendations that improve marketing performance and business outcomes. • Help build, launch, and optimize email and SMS automation campaigns. • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including welcome flows, nurture campaigns, post-purchase sequences, win-back programs, and customer retention efforts. • Create and maintain audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior and engagement data. • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on results. • Assist with testing and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns. • Support marketing logistics, workflows, and operational processes. • Manage and maintain marketing data accuracy across platforms and systems. • Assist with CRM data migration, cleanup, organization, and ongoing maintenance. • Ensure customer and marketing data remain synchronized across integrated systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing processes and automation. • Work within HubSpot to manage contacts, lists, workflows, and reporting. • Utilize Zapier to support integrations and automate business processes. • Support Shopify data management and reporting initiatives. • Assist with maintaining data integrity across marketing and sales platforms. • Help optimize marketing technology infrastructure and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, CRM Management, or Lifecycle Marketing. • Hands-on experience with: • - HubSpot • - Shopify • - Zapier • Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing and sales data. • Proficiency with spreadsheets, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis. • Experience activating and managing marketing campaigns. • Experience supporting CRM data migration, data cleanup, or data management initiatives. • Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation. • Ability to identify content performance trends and engagement opportunities. • Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Must be located in Latam. • **Nice-to-Haves** • Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Attentive. • Experience with e-commerce businesses and customer retention strategies. • Familiarity with attribution models and digital marketing performance metrics. • Experience building dashboards and marketing reports. • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing best practices. • Experience working with marketing automation tools and integrations. • Exposure to paid media reporting and performance analysis. • Basic SQL, data visualization, or business intelligence experience. • Experience in the beauty industry.
