📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end analytics operations for paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok • Analyze performance, formulate testing hypotheses, and manage the optimization cycle • Be accountable for channel efficiency, pCAC/ROAS, and volume • Structure and lead the analytics setup for new channels, such as Kwai and DSPs • Bring market benchmarks to accelerate decision-making and open new growth opportunities • Build and improve AI agents and automations for paid media analysis and operations • Develop recurring reports, anomaly alerts, and data pulls • Introduce User Acquisition practices and frameworks covering account structure, measurement, incrementality, and the creative lifecycle • Partner with the existing operation, sharing responsibilities while independently owning assigned channels

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a significant budget in at least one major channel: Meta, Google, TikTok, or DSPs • Track record of scaling investment while maintaining efficiency • Fluency in CAC/pCAC, ROAS, CPM, and CVR at each funnel stage • Ability to independently investigate performance using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools • Active use of AI in day-to-day work • Genuine interest in building agents and automations • Willingness to independently own a channel and manage its day-to-day operations • Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations and support hypotheses with data • Preferred: experience launching new channels such as Kwai, DSPs, or programmatic advertising • Preferred: experience with measurement and incrementality, geo tests, MMM, holdouts, and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust • Preferred: experience with n8n, Zapier, Python scripting, or building AI agents
