📋 Description

• Develop strategies and create market demand for key biological brands across poultry, companion animal, and ruminant businesses in the BNS region • Focus primarily on poultry, including vaccines, while supporting companion animal and ruminant portfolios • Meet customers and key accounts to achieve business and sales objectives through product detailing, technical support, and relationship-building • Generate market forecasts to ensure business continuity, meet market needs, and maintain optimal inventory levels • Prepare and execute short- and long-term strategies for business growth and market share expansion • Identify new business opportunities for management approval • Engage with internal and external stakeholders and relevant forums to support business initiatives • Submit monthly reports and territory feedback • Monitor and report competitor activities • Support additional business growth initiatives and tasks assigned by the reporting manager • Achieve revenue and margin targets for the assigned multi-species portfolio • Travel extensively across Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka and collaborate with regional and global teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline required • Proven experience in techno-commercial or technical sales roles • In-depth knowledge of poultry health management, including vaccine application and disease management • Strong commercial and financial acumen; ability to interpret market data and develop strategies • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms • Valid Indian passport • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, including overnight stays • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science preferred • 6–8 years of experience in animal health with a proven techno-commercial or technical sales background preferred • Previous exposure to BNS markets and poultry vaccine portfolios highly desirable
