📋 Description

• drive the execution of our digital user experience • improve our design systems • analyze research to understand modern consumer • design the intersection of genetics, precision healthcare, and consumer technology • work closely with cross-functional teams • oversee user research, competitive analysis, wireframing, conceptual design, user flow definition, information architecture, interactive prototyping, user testing, UX writing, and visual design • develop and drive adherence to a user research, design, and testing framework • establish and maintain expertise in industry trends and best practices • champion user-centered design principles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Design, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or similar • Proven experience leading user research and design projects, and managing teams with an emphasis on cross-collaboration • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, consumer behavior/psychology, user research, and iterative design and testing techniques • Comfortable presenting user flows from the customer/consumer perspective to stakeholders • Proven ability to lead user research and testing with customers to generate unbiased feedback • Proficient designing for digital experiences: web, mobile web, native app • Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity tools
