📋 Description

• Act as a customer facing technical expert bridging company technology and customers • Help customers understand value propositions and ensure smooth sales processes • Collaborate closely with ZOLL Medical direct sales team and distributors network to support ZOLL Code Data sales growth throughout the sales process • Oversee all technical aspects while sales representatives manage commercial aspects • Ability to travel to all sales regions from home office (estimated 50%)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience working with SaaS (software as a service) • Solid working knowledge of network including firewall and certificates • Experience in data-related solutions and integration of other systems • Passion to understand technical issues and solving customer problems • Previous matrix organisation and CRM experience • Communication skills: ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to all levels of the business from end-user to decision makers including C-level executives • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Presentation skills: ability to deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations • Experience supporting a sales organization focusing on complex enterprise software and hardware solutions • Experience with software and/or medical capital equipment sales experience
