📋 Description

• Presales and architecture consulting for clients in the public sector with a focus on research and education across the DACH region. • Advising and developing presales and architectural approaches for public sector clients focused on research and education in the DACH region — including active market and topic development and building and maintaining new and existing client relationships. • Expanding customer relationships, communicating future perspectives, technology development paths and business potential, and helping customers evaluate change and derive viable next steps. • Developing customer-specific solution concepts, target architectures and proposal approaches with a clear emphasis on AI and technical services. • Advising clients at management level and facilitating complex decision-making and alignment processes. • Translating functional, organizational and strategic requirements into robust services, architectures and proposal approaches. • Positioning the NTT DATA portfolio in close collaboration with internal specialist teams, portfolio teams, Delivery, Governance and international units. • Contributing across the entire value chain — from market, portfolio and governance to concrete opportunities and management formats.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in presales, enterprise architecture, business architecture, consulting or a comparable customer-facing architecture or consulting environment. • Understanding of the public sector’s requirements; knowledge of the research and education environment is an advantage. • Experience in developing solution architectures, target architectures, transformation approaches or strategic technology initiatives. • Interest in AI, modern technical services and their integration into robust customer architectures. • Familiarity with relevant institutions, universities, research organizations and authorities in the DACH region is helpful. • Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, managed services and data center offerings is beneficial. • Confident presence, high degree of personal responsibility and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration. • Very good German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
