📋 Description
• Heavy involvement in the planning and execution of the research process (feasibility analysis, strategic market planning, demand/supply considerations, etc.), with oversight • Curate relevant data, using both internal and external resources • Create supporting exhibit packages for analytical reports • Prepare and present findings, with some client interaction • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field (graduate degree a plus) • Direct experience in market research and the home-building industry • Work with all levels of professional personnel, both junior and senior • Some travel required (usually not more than 20%) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Organized, reliable, trustworthy, dedicated individual • Works well in pressure situations
