📋 Description

• Drive strategic planning for security initiatives • Own the end-to-end program lifecycle • Validate and update the security strategy/roadmap twice per year • Provide dedicated project management for complex, cross-functional security initiatives • Identify dependencies and bottlenecks • Facilitate functional reporting • Build and maintain a dashboard of impactful security metrics • Support financial management by tracking program budgets • Create presentations for executive management • Organize and conduct key meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally within cybersecurity or Information Security • Strong technical fluency in security domains • Understanding of infrastructure, software development practices, and secure SDLC • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for tracking programs • Demonstrated ability to build dashboards for tracking KPIs • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
