📋 Description

• Responsible for the timely completion of complex government and commercial payer enrollment applications • Update and maintain all necessary documents for assigned clients and physicians • Proficiently communicate credentialing related claims issues to client service managers, clients and providers • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of payer enrollment experience; certification is a plus • Experience with Pacific Northwest payer enrollment • CredentialStream software experience highly preferred • Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data • Proficient in conveying ideas effectively, both written and verbally • Skilled at identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions • Capable of prioritizing work flow and able to ensure deadlines are met • Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel • High school diploma or equivalent
