📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end administration for new hire enrollments, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events • Own the monthly benefits-to-payroll data bridge • Manage submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave • Conduct quarterly headcount audits to ensure 100% data integrity with benefit providers • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee inquiries • Resolve issues within defined SLAs and educate staff on beneficial support options • Document solutions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation for vendor billing • Serve as a subject matter expert in day-to-day execution and administration of EMEA benefit programs • Ensure employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through off-boarding is handled with precision, empathy, and compliance • Deliver the benefits concierge service

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of dedicated experience in HR Benefits administration, with an emphasis on benefits operations • Technical proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll systems, and benefit vendor portals • Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation • Direct experience working within a global, public SaaS or high-growth technology organization • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
