📋 Description

• Manage incoming inquiry calls of different levels of complexity • Resolve complex claims inquiries and problems • Liaise with internal and external clients to exchange information • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of customer care • Follow procedures to ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree • No prior experience required in the Clerical Support area • 6 months or more of customer service experience • Data entry experience • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions • Minimum internet connection of at least 5 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down • Strong data entry skills and ability to type 32 WPM or more (Preferred) • Demonstrated proficiency in Windows based OS and Microsoft Office (Preferred) • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately (Preferred) • Strong comprehension skills and professional demeanor (Preferred)
